We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs while maintaining schedules for timely delivery. We will work closely with the design team to complete your vision. We accomplish this by best utilizing the site features and incorporating best use construction means and methods while selecting the right subcontractors for each stage of construction.
During construction, we only work with trusted and proven subcontractors. We keep them accountable throughout the entire build. We monitor all the owner's furnished items and vendor lead times and other critical paths while monitoring the budget and attending all owner/architecture/contractor meetings. We will coordinate all the owner's furnished items for seamless integration installation time lines. We eliminate the potential of change orders thru risk management and communications with all subcontractors during construction to insure that we meet all construction timeline goals.
Once the project has reached substantial completion, we will meet with all relevant staff and vendors to close out the project. We will conduct a walk through and create a punch list and schedule the minimal repairs. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walk through to ensure your complete satisfaction.
